Ilchi Lee is the author of over 30 books designed to help unlock the potential of the human brain, which he believes is fundamental to both positive personal and planetary development. Over three decades, he has investigated ways to tap the brain’s potential, and his numerous training programs, projects, events, and organizations are the result of his efforts.
He developed Brain Education System Training (BEST), a five-step process he believes has the power to unleash the brain’s unlimited potential. The system comprises brain exercises he designed to promote mind-body coordination, develop mental flexibility, enhance brain fitness, and unlock the mind’s creative potential. Hundreds of training programs have since been created around Ilchi Lee’s BEST model.
To date, hundreds of thousands of people have used Ilchi Lee’s BEST techniques, including business leaders like Hyundai’s Ju Yung Chung and SK Corporation’s Hyon Chey. Over the course of three decades, Ilchi Lee’s methods have reached audiences in the United States, South Korea, China, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Japan.
