Master Your Brain, Master Your Information
In his book, Brain Wave Vibration, Ilchi Lee writes, "brain
mastery is the ability to maintain a proper relationship between your brain and
the outside world. If you are a brain master, you have an almost uncanny
ability to stay in the moment and to not be swept away by thoughts and
emotions. You can control your attitude and keep a positive mind-set,
regardless of the situation. And most importantly, a master of the brain never
loses hope, no matter how dark the situation gets. ...True brain mastery is the
ability to see possibility, even where others see only trash."
If you want to master your brain, you need to control the nature of your brain waves. The information you absorb from the world around you can have the greatest affect on your brain waves. But you don't have to be a victim of whatever information comes your way. You have the ability and the power to manage the quality and quantity of the information that enters your brain. You can be picky about absorbing only high-quality, useful information. And you can use Brain Wave Vibration to clean out your information and reset your brain.
To determine the quality of the information you're presented with, ask yourself these three questions: -
Is
the information I am receiving empowering to me?
-
Does this
information help me grow and improve my life?
-
Is this
information truthful?
If the information does not meet these three criteria, just shake your head and let it go. Soon your brain waves will improve, and the quality and effectiveness of your thought processes will improve. You'll quickly see the effects of these changes in your life. And you'll be master of your brain.

Boost Your Weight Loss
Summer is coming--along with summer clothes. As we
contemplate shorts and tank tops, or even bathing suits, we may find ourselves
wishing we weighed less.
Losing weight can be a frustrating process. But exercises
that circulate your ki energy, such as meridian exercises, not only help you
shed pounds, but also strengthen your body and make you feel happier and more
peaceful. And when we feel great, we eat less.
One of the simplest exercises for circulating energy is
tapping your whole body with your palms. But you should do strengthening
meridian exercises as well.
Pigeon Toe Squats not only make your legs and hips stronger,
but also help keep you active and open your stomach and spleen meridians, among
others.
To do Pigeon Toe Squats:
-
Stand with your hands on your waist, feet
shoulder-width apart, and your toes pointing outward.
-
Inhale through your nose. Bend your knees as far
as you can without overdoing it.
-
Exhale through your mouth and stand up slowly.
-
Repeat 12 times.
-
Focus on your lower body as you do the exercise.
You can do this daily strengthening practice at home-no need
for a gym or special equipment to boost your weight loss regimen.
