  1. Stand with your hands on your waist, feet shoulder-width apart, and your toes pointing outward.
  2. Inhale through your nose. Bend your knees as far as you can without overdoing it.
  3. Exhale through your mouth and stand up slowly.
  4. Repeat 12 times.
  5. Focus on your lower body as you do the exercise.
You can do this daily strengthening practice at home-no need for a gym or special equipment to boost your weight loss regimen.
