Manage your stress, relax your body, and stimulate your mind with Brain Wave Vibration, the newest brain fitness method designed by Brain Education founder Ilchi Lee. Brain Wave Vibration is a powerful, easy-to-follow brain health method that helps people bring their bodies and minds back into balance for total health, happiness, and peace. The simplest form of practice merely requires that you move your body to your own internal rhythms.
The Music for Brain Wave Vibration and The Music of the Brain Art Festival 2009 CDs contain music ideally suited for practicing Brain Wave Vibration. Several tracks feature traditional sa-mul-nori, an ancient Korean drumming art. They consist of a combination of drums and gongs, which Ilchi Lee believes will enhance your practice because the sounds reflect the dynamic rhythms of nature and the universe. The music on these two CDs will transport your soul to a place of peaceful contentment, and will inspire you to move freely with the healing rhythms of your body.
The Music of the Brain Art Festival 2009 presents the major music that enlivened the Brain Art Festival presented by Ilchi Lee at Radio City Music Hall on August 15, 2009. This super-charged event was a uniquely synergistic combination of Lee's interactive lecture and stimulating music, exquisite visual arts, and heart-pounding dance performances. To Brain Wave Vibration music composed especially for this titillating event, the 4,000 people present shook their blues away and learned the value of their brains and their importance to the planet’s health.
