From November 13 to December 4, 2017, Best Life Media and ChangeYourEnergy.com hosted the #Live120YearsSelfie Contest on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Fifty-seven photos with the book I’ve Decided to Live 120 Years: The Ancient Secret to Longevity, Vitality, and Life Transformation by Ilchi Lee were entered over this time. Entries had to include the completed sentence, “I want to live a long and healthy life because . . . .”
Four winners were chosen among the heart-warming entries. Three were decided by Best Life Media and ChangeYourEnergy.com staff and the last was picked by social media netizens.
