My Experience with Brain Wave Vibration (a poem!)
by Tommy Tunes
To be guided to your own perfect rhythm,
to be coaxed yet never forced,
to be encouraged to find the unique vibration within,
and thus to live with it to its fullest
and highest degree.
This is the path as I perceive it. To each his own.
A powerful, easy-to-follow method to help non-specialist general readers to bring their minds and bodies back into balance
Health and medical traditions of both the East and the West, going back hundreds and even thousands of years, have one universal commonality — the belief that human health depends upon a proper balance of mind and body. As the founder of Dahn Yoga, the author of more than thirty books, and president of the Korea Institute of Brain Science and the International Brain Education Association, Ilchi Lee brings a particularly knowledgeable expertise and experience to Brain Wave Vibration in which he lays out a powerful, easy-to-follow method to help non-specialist general readers to bring their minds and bodies back into balance as a means of achieving health, happiness, and personal peace. Brain Wave Vibration is a welcome and enthusiastically recommended addition to personal self-help/self-improvement reading lists and community library reference collections.

Powerful method for changing your habits
I have read a number of books by Ilchi Lee, and this one is the most comprehensive and accessible. It is most obviously a book about Brain Wave Vibration, a simple technique for quieting the mind and getting in touch with something deeper inside. I first felt some suspicion toward Brain Wave Vibration–how could so simple a technique really change anything for me? But after experiencing it over the past few weeks, I really have noticed quite a difference in my ability to change my thinking when I start to feel anxiety or stress coming on. Brain Wave Vibration seems to help me get in touch with my deeper, more peaceful self–and it now helps me get there more and more quickly.
But the book is much more than an instruction manual. It is a wonderful book that inspires and gives hope. It has a simple, direct wisdom to it that seems, like the Brain Wave Vibration exercise, to cut through thought and touch a deeper place inside.

Putting “The Secret” to practice with Brain Wave Vibration
When I first saw “The Secret” (using the Law of Attraction to create whatever you want in your life), it seemed interesting yet impractical. So many of us have lived so bound by many thoughts of worry, anxiety and fear for so long, that we can easily and unknowingly slip into worry about whatever may hinder our success rather than focusing on what we want to create.
Then I came across this book and the Brain Wave Vibration training method. This simple method — so simple that it’s difficult to believe its effectiveness at first — is a very real and direct way to put “The Secret” into practice and thus create your own reality. The book explains that the problem is, we cannot fully access and control all parts of the brain (to say the least!). The result becomes that we cannot fully focus all our brain waves onto the creation of whatever we’re seeking after. Instead, various parts of our brain governing the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious mind are cluttered with mixed thoughts and emotions about a million different things.
The book explains that the Brain Wave Vibration training method helps to integrate all parts of the brain. In my personal experience, it feels like I’m literally shaking off all those extraneous thoughts and emotions cluttering my poor overloaded brain, like a dog shaking itself clean after rolling around in mud. Brain Wave Vibration clears, calms, and focuses my mind. It helps me truly to focus on CREATING WHAT I WANT.

Need a cure for Chronic Fatigue? Read this book and try Brain Wave Vibration
Last year at this time I was flat on my back in bed totally exhausted. I had pain all over, my arms and legs particularly, muscle spasms as well. For three months I was totally disabled. With help from a psychiatrist, I slowly regained some functionality and by December was working about 3 hours on the average before the curtain of mental exhaustion slammed down. Since I have been practicing Brain Wave Vibration, I can work now between 4 and 5 hours of high level engineering work. When I feel fatigued, I simply shake my head for 2 or 3 minutes and I get a burst of energy that clears my mind and allows me to focus on my work. I have spent a great deal of time and energy searching the Internet to find something to help me with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This book has been a Godsend.

Best exercise book
I actually purchased the book because my friend strongly recommended it, but thought it was another new age meditation book, and didn’t think training methods would really work – just shaking your head in what seemed like random way didn’t seem too special.
I was surprised that I can actually read the book and be able to do it alone to experience the result. I did have a few difficult moments when I wasn’t sure if I was doing everything right, but it pays to try a few days to see your own improvement. No exercise can be this profound and powerful and easy.
My focus and concentration is definitely better, and perspective on life certainly seem wider, and am able to get rid of my stress a lot faster with only a fraction of energy I used to use to get myself back in control.
