An excellent massage book from a great healing system
I practice Dahn Yoga and healing and went to healer’s school a year ago. I wanted to check this out to brush up on what I learned, to add more massage techniques to my practice and to study the meridian and acupressure points. If you just want to learn basic massage or increase your practice, this book is very good.
